1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict no-return policyexcept under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Wrong product received.
- Damaged or defective product delivered.
- Missing items from the order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Products without original packaging, seal, or invoice.
- Customized or limited-edition products.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team atcontact@ittrana.com.
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
