• Product descriptions, images, and details are provided for information purposes. Slight variations in fragrance notes, packaging, or colour may occur due to the natural composition of ingredients.
• All products are intended for personal, external use only.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned at checkout).
• We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
• Ittrana reserves the right to change prices or promotional offers at any time.

4. Orders & Shipping

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within X business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner.
• Ittrana is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund

• Due to the personal and hygiene nature of perfumes/attars, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery.
• Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after inspection and approval.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including brand name, logo, product images, fragrance names, and descriptions are the intellectual property of Ittrana.
• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Ittrana is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.
• Customers are advised to do a patch test before use.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
